A word from our founder...

“Language is where our heart lives – in every word, a piece of home.” After moving to Australia over a decade ago, I found solace in a Croatian language school, a place where I felt close to my homeland, identity and culture. As a teacher, I have found joy in helping both children and adults reconnect with their roots or begin their journey of learning Croatian. But I have also seen the challenges: smaller student numbers, difficult access and a language that can be difficult to learn without the right support. That’s why I created the Online Croatian Language Academy to open the doors of learning to anyone, anywhere. Our academy offers flexible, self-paced e-learning courses at all levels, combined with a personal approach to live teaching. Supported by an experienced and passionate team, our goal is simple: To keep the Croatian language alive – with pride, love and community.
